What does the BadassNeon warranty cover?
The BadassNeon warranty covers electrical components when the sign is used appropriately. Warranty resolution for a faulty sign depends on the source of the fault and is determined between BadassNeon and the buyer.
Can I use an indoor BadassNeon sign outdoors or in wet areas?
No—BadassNeon indoor signs are not suitable for use outdoors or anywhere they might get wet. Inappropriate use (including exposure to water) will void the warranty.
Do you accept returns or refunds for non-faulty products?
BadassNeon offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. If a product is not faulty, it is not covered under the returns and refunds policy described here.
What happens if my BadassNeon sign is faulty?
If your sign is faulty, BadassNeon will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution (including any refund of product cost and/or shipping) is decided case by case depending on the source of the fault and is at the sole discretion of BadassNeon.
How do I start a return for a faulty BadassNeon product?
Email hello@badassneon.com with what you want to return and why, and attach a short video of the sign plus photos. BadassNeon requires both video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes.
What if I cannot provide both a video and photos of the issue?
If you cannot provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem, BadassNeon’s ability to rectify the issue will be limited.
If a return is approved, what condition must the sign be in?
If a return is agreed, the faulty product must be returned in its original condition with all of its original packaging.
How long do I have to send back an approved faulty return?
If a return is agreed, the faulty item must be returned to BadassNeon for inspection within 14 days of when you received the product.
How long does it take to receive a replacement after approval?
If a replacement is agreed, BadassNeon will endeavor to produce and ship the replacement product as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund if it is approved?
If a full or partial refund is agreed, BadassNeon will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
What if my sign was damaged in transit?
If your sign is damaged in transit, BadassNeon will ensure a resolution is provided. Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
What do I need to submit for a damaged-in-transit claim?
Email hello@badassneon.com within 14 days of delivery and include: a clear photo of the damage to the sign, a clear photo of the box and any damage to the outer box, and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
Do you cover electrician or installation costs for hardwired signs?
No. BadassNeon bears no responsibility for costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling a sign. If a sign has been installed and/or hardwired, BadassNeon takes no responsibility for any uninstalling or re-installing costs.
Do you offer free worldwide shipping, and how long does delivery take?
Yes. BadassNeon delivers worldwide free of charge via FedEx or DHL, and delivery normally takes 5–10 days.
