Do BadassNeon signs come with a warranty?

Yes. All BadassNeon neon signs come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

What if my product is faulty?

If your product is faulty, we are happy to replace it for you. You may also be eligible for a full refund. We make every effort to resolve the issue with your best interests in mind.

What is your return policy?

BadassNeon offers returns and refunds for faulty products. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?

All our neon signs are handmade to order and delivered in about 2 weeks or sooner. If you are on a tight deadline, you can choose Express Shipping at checkout as a rush order option. Rush orders take about 7 business days to be delivered.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is free. Rush orders cost an additional $50.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship our LED neon sign products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, all South American countries, and most countries in Europe. To ensure proper function, each sign is constructed with a suitable plug and a 110–240V AC adapter.

How are signs packaged for delivery?

We take great care to make sure your neon sign arrives in good condition. Each sign is shipped with sufficient bubble wrap inside a corrugated cardboard box.

What are BadassNeon signs made of and how are they made?

All our neon signs are made from advanced LED flex. LED flex is made with PVC and acrylic, making it durable and long-lasting. Each light is encased in flexible rubber tubing and powered by LEDs. Our signs are completely handmade based on your chosen design, and they do not use hazardous substances such as mercury, neon, or glass.

What backing material do you use?

All our neon signs come attached to an acrylic backboard. The backboard can be shaped to follow the contour of the design and can be clear, metallic, colored, or UV printed, depending on the design requirements.

What neon colors are available?

Our neon signs are available in a total of 23 colors. Ten of these use white tubes when turned off, while the rest use colored tubes that still show their color when turned off.

How are the LED neon signs powered?

Every neon sign comes with a clear power cord that is about 2 meters long and plugs into a UL-certified AC adapter, which then plugs into a wall socket. A battery-powered option is also available, with a battery box that uses 8 AA batteries for areas without a power source.

How do I mount my neon sign?

We pre-drill holes on the acrylic backing for all neon signs and include screws and hanging chains in the installation kit packaged with the sign.

How long will the LED neon sign last?

The neon tubes we use for custom signs are exceptionally long-lasting compared with traditional glass bulbs. The average life expectancy is 80,000 working hours, or over ten years.

How much does a remote or dimmer cost?

At BadassNeon, the remote and dimmer are included free of charge.

Can the neon sign be used outdoors?

Yes. Our standard neon signs can be used for both indoor and outdoor events. However, standard signs are not waterproof, so they should not get wet.
